Attempt to create more interest in your business by creating incentives such as coupons or discounts. If the nature of your business allows, create a stamp card program where at the end there is a reward or prize. Creating a loyalty program is one way to maintain customers. Just remember, don’t make it too much of a hassle or make them jump through too many hoops to use the reward program or coupons. That will just discourage customers and create a negative outlook on your business.

It is wise to begin packing early so you are not scrambling around at the last minute. However if you pack during hours of operation this can lead to much confusion and discourage your current customers.
