Are you moving less than 100 miles or staying in California? Our local moving services are ideal for your needs. Excalibur Moving & Storage wants your move to be stress free and that is why we include the following with all our local moves:
– Free in-home estimate
– Door to door service (the clock will start when we arrive at the pickup and ends when we are done unloading at the delivery)
– Packing and unpacking
– Truck, gas, mileage, and tax
– Basic value protection ($.60 per lb. per article)
– Free mattress covers, shrink wrap, tape, and TV boxes
– Free use of plastic bins, wardrobe boxes (2 feet of hangers each), and moving blankets.
– Floor protectors, felt pads, gloves, and booties.
– One month of free storage. After the first month it will be $0.35/ per cubic feet per month. $100.00 minimum charge.
Additional charges will apply for packing materials like boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper.
Also, double drive-time applies from your pickup to your delivery location if it is over a 10 minute drive.
– a 15 minute drive – we calculate 30 minutes,
– a 30 minute drive – we calculate 60 minutes, etc.
Make sure to reserve parking for our trucks at both pickup and delivery locations. If there is no parking, please notify us. A parking permit is required in the following cities:
Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Manhattan Beach, Pasadena, and Downtown Los Angeles. We recommend that you check with the city hall if a parking permit is needed for your local move.
OUR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE INCLUDES 1 MILLION PER OCCURRENCE & 2 MILLION PER AGGREGATE.
